We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Our patient coordinators are all Certified Orthodontic Assistants with Expanded Functions Certification, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Our Mission

We are excited for people to experience our technologically advanced, friendly-beyond-expectation, service-oriented orthodontic team. We are ignited with a passion to share the joys, new confidences and successes that accompany beautiful, functionally correct smiles.

	Deena has been the financial coordinator and insurance guru for over 16 years. Anyone who has had the pleasure to meet her, knows of her outgoing, cheerful personality. She always brings the sunshine to the office. She is the proud mother of two sons: Cameron and Caleb, better known as "Venters Bros Lawn Pros". She enjoys spending time with her husband Galen, but does have to compete with his love of golf! (You never know, maybe he'll end up at the Masters!)
Trudy has carried her orthodontic certification for over 11 years, but is considered our magician. If something needs to be fixed, ordered, created…..she does it all! Without her, it would all go up in smoke. If you are lucky enough to catch a glimpse of her before she flies into action, her quick smile and fun personality will dizzy up your day. She is married to Chris, and has 2 sons; Dalton and Preston. She also has a baby girl; "Izzy" (spoiled little bulldog).
	Evelyn is one of our certified orthodontic assistants and has been with us for over 9 years. Don't let her petite size fool you; she can eat twice her weight in chips & salsa at El Tap! Her innocent smile can be deceiving as she can be quite sneaky and loves pulling pranks. She has earned the nickname; Evil-lyn (from He-Man) but she is definitely far from evil (just feisty!) She has a little girl named Zoe and a husband; Ryan, who is also a Professional Bigfoot sighting investigator.
Treasure is truly one of the famous "gems" on our team and a certified orthodontic assistant. X marked the spot when she "landed" here over 8 years ago. You can't miss this tall blonde, flashing her pearly whites as she is workin' hard. She cherishes the many friendships she has developed with her patients. Somewhat quiet, she may appear shy but in reality she is very outgoing and funny. She is married to James and has 2 beautiful daughters; Skyler and Reese.
	Sharon is a certified orthodontic assistant, and has been the new patient coordinator for over 6 years. Our patients love listening to her British accent. Our "British Import" (as some call her) is married to Jim (retired airforce) they have 1 son; Gage, 1 daughter; Bryton, and 3 spoiled dogs; Winston, Maggie & Fagin. We have learned that many words don't translate well from England to the States. She told us once she had to get her suitcase out of her "boot", we thought she was crazy, how did she get her suitcase INTO her boot? Well she didn't, her "boot" was the trunk of her car!
Christie is our scheduling coordinator and "Master Cookie Maker!" She has been with us for over 5 years. Her contagious smile is a comforting welcome when entering our office. (along with the smell of her fresh baked cookies). You would never guess it, with her calm and soothing nature, but she is the mother of 4 children that keep her running in all directions. Her daughter; Kelsie and her sons: CJ, Zane and Trace are her pride and joy, and she feels being a mother is the most rewarding job available. (other than working with all of us of course!)
	Randi has been a certified orthodontic assistant for over 4 years. We consider her the flavor of our team. She is rarely left without a quick response, she's fast on her toes. She keeps everyone entertained with her vibrant personality. Gotta catch her on the fly though, she's always on the run to see whom she can help next. This truly makes her an asset to our team! Randi is married to Marty (Master Catsfish Champion!) and has 2 adorable children; her son, Tripp, and her daughter, Tyleigh.
Another of our excellent orthodontic assistants is miss Kerri. Her compassionate nature combined with her sincere character and positive attitude makes patients feel at ease while in her care. Her Italian ancestry has benefited her team members tremendously… . . she is a superb chef! (and also a superb assistant!). Her husband Caleb, is an established artist and a professor at the University of Central Missouri. They enjoy spending their free time traveling as there are many destinations around the world they have yet to explore.
